All things sweet and savoury - basically, nearly everything that you can make with eggs (except meringues!). Cakes, cookies, frittata, pancakes, quiche, custard, French toast, tortillas, pasta…. We could go on, but you’d probably get bored.

For one portion of scrambled egg (3.4 fl oz) heat a little oil in a non-stick skillet pan on a medium-high heat, add in the Crackd® and gently stir the mix, continue stirring for 2–3 minutes until firm.
Microwave: (750w). You can also scramble Crackd® in your microwave (800w). For one portion of scrambled (3.4 fl oz): Cook full power for 30 seconds, gently stir then cook for another 30 seconds, remove from the microwave, stir again and rest for a minute before serving.
Oven: You can bake with Crackd®, we recommend reducing the temperature by 50F and cooking for an extra 12-15 minutes. Be sure to keep an eye on it as everybody’s ovens are different.
