CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS:

To Make 8-12 Brownies:

  • 3.5 oz Vegan Dark Chocolate, broken into chunks
  • 7 oz Vegan Milk Chocolate, broken into chunks
  • 7 oz Vegan butter
  • 14oz Soft Light Brown Sugar
  • 8 fl oz Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®
  • 5 oz Plain Flour
  • 1.8 oz Cocoa Powder

METHOD:

  1. Preheat the oven to 300F
  2. Line an 8 in x 12 in baking tray tin with baking parchment.
  3. Put the vegan chocolate, vegan butter and sugar in a pan and gently melt, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon. Remove from the heat.
  4. Stir theCrackd The No-Egg Eggslowly into the melted chocolate mixture.
  5. Sieve over the flour and cocoa, and stir in.
  6. Pour into the lined tray and bake on the middle shelf for 30 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing into squares.

Tip : if you like a crispier top increase the temperature to 320F for the last 10 minutes.
