INGREDIENTS:
400ml Vegan Milk
180g Plain Flour
60g Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®
Salt & Pepper to taste, for savoury
10g Caster Sugar, for sweet
Knob of Vegan Butter
METHODS:
Place the vegan milk into a jug.
Add the flour and whisk in.
Add
Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®
and mix well until smooth.
Add the salt or sugar depending if you are making sweet or savoury pancakes and whisk again.
Place enough vegan butter into a non stick frying pan and put on a medium heat until it sizzles.
Pour pancake mix into the pan and swirl around to barely cover the surface.
Wait until the top of the pancake is dry to touch before flipping.
NOTE - Crackd The No Egg Egg takes longer to cook than real egg so flip several times until brown and crispy.
Serve with the topping of your choice.
