60g Crackd The No-Egg Egg
60g golden caster sugar
45g self-raising flour
35g Almond Nooj
25g vegetable or light olive oil
15g cocoa
½ teaspoon baking powder
1. Preheat the oven to 180C gas mark 4 /160C Fan.
2. Grease a 12 hole muffin tray with little coconut oil.
3. Add all your ingredients to a bowl and combine well with an electric whisk.
4. Spoon your mixture into the muffin tin and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
