Blini (Makes 30 small blinis)
- 6g Fresh Yeast or 10g of Dried Yeast
- 175g Plain Flour, sifted
- 142ml Oatly Oat Milk, lukewarm
- 100ml Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®
- Small pinch of Salt
- 75ml Oatly Oat Milk, tepid
- 100ml Oatly Crème Fraiche (Half a tub)
Beluga Lentil caviar
- 100g Black Beluga Lentils
- 475ml Water
- 2 Tsps Salt
- 2 Tbs Capers, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Brine from the Caper jar
- Finely Chopped Chives
- Sprigs of Dill
- Few twists of Black Pepper
