Sweetcorn Fritters

INGREDIENTS:
50g
Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®
100ml plant based milk.
150g plain flour.
1 tsp baking powder.
260g can sweetcorn (drained weight).
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp dried parsley.
2 spring onions finely sliced.
1/4 tsp salt
2 grinds of black pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
METHOD:
Whisk the
Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®
, plant milk, flour baking powder together ( the consistency should be like porridge)
Stir in the salt, pepper, paprika and parsley.
Stir in the sweetcorn and spring onions.
Heat the oil in a pan on a medium heat and add 1 tbsp of the mixture per fritter.
When the fritters are firm and golden flip over and fry for a further 3 minutes or until both sides are golden.
