- Stir the sugar, Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg® and corn flour together in a bowl.
- Heat up the vegan milk, vegan cream, vanilla until just below boiling.
- Pour the vegan milk onto the egg mix whisking all the time.
- Return the mixture to the pan and bring to a low simmer, stirring all the time.
- Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes to cook out the flour.
- Stir in the Flora plant based butter until fully incorporated.
You can add a tiny pinch of turmeric if required to get a more yellowy colour.
