No-Egg Eggnog

INGREDIENTS:

  • 60ml Crackd® The No-Egg Egg®
  • 100ml vegan milk
  • 200ml vegan cream
  • 150ml Brandy
  • 200ml vodka
  • 60g caster sugar
  • 60g cornflour
  • 1/2 vanilla pod or 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • A pinch of ground cloves

METHOD:

  • 1. Stir the Crackd, cornflour and sugar together in a bowl
  • 2. Heat up the milk, cream, and vanilla until just below boiling
  • 3. Pour the milk mix onto the No-Egg mix, whisking all the time
  • 4. Add the brandy
  • 5. Return the mixture to the pan and add the nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Reheat until bubbles start to burst, stirring all the time
  • 6. Allow to cook without boiling for 2-3 minutes to cook out the flour
  • 7. Allow to cool completely
  • 8. Add the vodka and whisk in until completely incorporated
