No-Egg Eggnog

INGREDIENTS:
60ml Crackd® The No-Egg Egg®
100ml vegan milk
200ml vegan cream
150ml Brandy
200ml vodka
60g caster sugar
60g cornflour
1/2 vanilla pod or 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
A pinch of ground cloves
METHOD:
1. Stir the Crackd, cornflour and sugar together in a bowl
2. Heat up the milk, cream, and vanilla until just below boiling
3. Pour the milk mix onto the No-Egg mix, whisking all the time
4. Add the brandy
5. Return the mixture to the pan and add the nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Reheat until bubbles start to burst, stirring all the time
6. Allow to cook without boiling for 2-3 minutes to cook out the flour
7. Allow to cool completely
8. Add the vodka and whisk in until completely incorporated
