Baked Oats

INGREDIENTS:

  • 60ml Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®
  • 60g Oats
  • 60ml Vegan Milk
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • Sprinkle of Salt
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Drizzle of Syrup (optional)
  • Toppings: Vegan Yoghurt, Fruit, Chocolate, Spread, Syrup, Biscuits

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Blend together Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®, Oats, Vegan Milk and Salt till smooth.
  3. Stir in the Baking Powder, Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, Syrup and Fruit/Chocolate/Spread (if using) till combined.
  4. Pour into an oven safe dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until there's no longer wet batter.
  5. Top with whatever you want and enjoy!
